Path Forward of Kentucky Inc. was founded in January 2009 as a result of a growing need for vocational services in Louisville and the surrounding area. We are a vendor through Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Medicaid Waiver provider of SCL, MP, and ABI, and an Employment Network through the Ticket to Work Program. Our mission is to provide customized services, support and encouragement needed by individuals with disabilities to build and increase their independence.
